Hello! I'm Heather Wurtz, I love Jesus and have been involved in ministry since 2011. I've been happily married to my husband, Daniel Wurtz, for over 14 years. I am a mother to three wonderful boys, one of which is on the autism spectrum and has introduced us to a whole new world through his perspective - we are thankful the Lord saw it fit for us to be his parents and in return, has helped us be a sounding board to other families that look like ours.

Before joining KCC, I worked as a full-time veterinary technician for over 10 years. I've always had a deep passion for life - whether it's people, animals, or nature. 

My hobbies include horseback riding, hosting friends, board games, camping, gardening, coloring, crafts, journaling, and really anything a 7-year-old would like.

When I first came to Kansas City Church - I knew the Lord told me to do three things - honor Him by serving the Pastor, the people, & the steeple. It is my personal goal to do all things unto the Lord with utmost integrity and care, this includes serving YOU to the best of my ability.
